Hello friends and welcome to the final day of Newton's Nook Designs Holiday Release! Today we're revealing the final 4 stamp and coordinating die sets that will be available in the Newton's Nook Designs Shop to purchase, starting tomorrow, October 19.
Golden Retriever Dog Lover Christmas Card | Happy Howl-idays Stamp Set
The first card I'm sharing with you using the new Happy Howl-idays Stamp Set and this is my favorite Newton's Nook Designs Stamp Set to date. Why you ask? The answer is simple...it has a Golden Retriever on it! And if you happen to know anything about me...I kind of love Golden Retrievers and happen to have 2 of them! So you can imagine my delight when I first saw this stamp design!
To create this card, I stamped and colored the image with Copic Markers. I then adhered the adorable dogs to a piece of white cardstock that I die cut using the stitched scallop from the Flags & Frames Die Set. For the background, I used a technique I shared on my Holiday Cheer Shaker Card I shared yesterday. If you happened to miss that card, pop on over there and check it out.
Sloth Like Christmas Card | Slothy Christmas Stamp Set
Sloths! Aren't they just the cutest things?! And then when you add a Santa Hat, they just get even more cute! My second card was created using the Slothy Christmas Stamp Set. I again stamped and colored the images with Copic Markers.
Wobble Toad Christmas Card | Mistle Toad Stamp Set
My third and final card today using the new mini stamp set called Mistle Toad! I once again stamped and colored the image using Copic Markers. I then die cut a couple of tags using the Fancy Edges Tag Die Set. For a fun twist on things I adhered the toad image onto one of the tags using an action wobble spring. I love that it now looks like the toad is hopping around!
I then finished off the card by layering some pretty patterned papers and a red bow.
