I'm warning you now, you will be seeing quite a few "birthday" scrapbook pages on my blog this month. I am officially in love with the new Pebbles Inc Birthday Wishes collection! I think this collection was made for me and the birthday photos that I have to scrap. In fact, after I write this post, I have plans to work on a new layout with it and I will of course, be sharing it soon.
This photo is of my youngest niece celebrating her 5th birthday. She wanted a Princess theme for her party, so her Mom, Grandma and myself set out to do just that. My Mom created her Princess cake and decorated it with a princess crown and wands that she found at the Dollar Store. Ava was of course, thrilled with the pinkness of it all!
To create my layout I used a mix of the patterned papers, washi tape paper, die cuts and Thickers that come with the Birthday Wishes collection.

I was inspired to use a large pink star on the background because of the pink star wands that my Mom used to decorate the cake. I cut it out using my Silhouette Cameo.
I then layered strips from the washi tape paper and patterned paper strips to embellish the page.
I don't know about you, but these Thickers make me HAPPY!
