A little bit of this & that!!!

So did everyone have a wonderful Mother's Day weekend? We did! It was filled with some household chores including cleaning our deck on Saturday, but Sunday was pure relaxation and time with my nieces and my Mom. My Mom loved her gift and card...especially the licorice jelly beans!

Today I am sharing my latest reveal as a CT member with ACOT. I was asked to use the Thrift Shop collection by October Afternoon and I loved every minute working with it! I love the perfectly primary color combo of red, yellow, blue and green! It is one of those collections that just makes me happy on the inside!!! Juliana, I do love this October Afternoon set of papers - they really are bright and happy! But even so, what you've done with them is pretty special. I especially like "Made with Love" and "Papa Read to Us"... the "basting" on your pattern piece is great, as are the cut-out flowers, with little red button trims. I like the way you've combined the photos - multi-picture layouts can be so tricky.

OMGosh! Great pages and cards! I really LOVE the first page with the sewing pattern paper and how you hand stitched it! That one is worthy of publishing! :)
